The building is located next to O.C. Tanner, the Eagle Gate, City Creek, Harmons Grocery, TRAX, a wide variety of restaurants and shopping, and is just blocks away from the State Capitol. The Belvedere was built in 1919, and was originally a hotel that was meant for long-term stays. It has the special designation of being on the National Register of Historic Places, and was converted into condo units in 1978. Continue Reading

Berkshire Hathaway Utah Properties | Exciting Change

Moving to a new real estate brokerage during the holiday season was a gutsy move, but I’m really excited to tell you all about my recent change to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties. I have many great friends and colleagues who have worked for Berkshire Hathaway (previously Prudential) for decades, and always sung its praises, but I didn’t realize the full extent of what it was actually like there until I took a tour of the office and met everyone. I was impressed, and absolutely blown away! Continue Reading
